Definitions
a) Customer – a natural person, legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality.
b) Civil Code – the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code.
c) Product – every physical or virtual product available in the autodiagger.com store.
d) Terms of Service – these terms.
e) Store – the online store autodiagger.com, operating at https://www.autodiagger.com/.
f) Seller – "Rozrusznik.eu Robert Willich, Trakt Św. Wojciecha 375, 80-007 Gdańsk".
General Terms of Use
Through the Store, the Seller sells automotive parts and professional diagnostic equipment. The Customer may purchase Products displayed on the main page and subpages of the Store. The Terms of Service define the rules and conditions for using the Store and the rights/obligations of the Seller and Customers. Before using the Store, the Customer is obliged to read the Terms of Service; commencing use is equivalent to accepting all provisions. The Terms of Service are an integral part of the sales contract. Purchases are possible without creating an account. In no case may a Customer make a purchase anonymously or under a pseudonym. Contracts in the Store are concluded in Polish or English.
Pricing and Technical Requirements
All prices of Products on the Store's pages are gross prices (including VAT) unless stated otherwise. The price binding for the transaction is the one appearing next to the Product at the moment the order is placed by the Customer.
To use the Store, the following are sufficient:
- Internet access,
- standard operating system,
- standard web browser,
- active e-mail address.
Order Placement and Fulfillment
Orders in the Store can be placed 24/7. The content of the website is an invitation to conclude a contract; placing an order does not mean immediate conclusion of the contract.
To place an order, the Customer must:
- Select Product(s) by clicking "Add to cart",
- Click "Proceed to checkout",
- Enter delivery details,
- Provide company name and NIP (VAT ID) for the invoice,
- Select payment method,
- Click "Buy and Pay".
Order Fulfillment: The maximum time for order fulfillment (dispatching the goods to the Customer) is 30 days from the moment the payment is fully confirmed and credited to the Seller's account.
Complaints and Warranty
Our store is dedicated exclusively to B2B (business-to-business) sales. Consequently, the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act regarding the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days do not apply to our Customers.
The Seller grants a 24-month warranty for all Products, effective from the date of purchase. The warranty covers physical defects resulting from manufacturing errors or faulty materials.

Complaint Processing: The Seller commits to processing any submitted complaint and informing the Customer about the decision within 30 days from the date of its formal receipt.
